![]() Prior to settling down in Nebraska, Jay spent fourteen years on active duty, earning a Master of Laws in international law and deploying to the Middle East six times. He’s also a husband, dad, lieutenant colonel in the Air Force Reserve, member of the Nebraska Supreme Court Judicial Nominating Commission, and lover of politics and history.
